Terms of Service
• Full payment is required in order to secure your spot in the queue. Work will not begin until payment has been received.
• Remember you are not only paying for my work, but time as well. There will be no refunds once payment has been received and work has begun.
• All prices are listed in USD currency
• I accept payments via Paypal or Venmo.
• These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY (websites, banners, social media, etc.) and may NOT be used on merchandise for profit such as shirts, stickers, buttons, etc.
Please inquire about commercial work if you are interested in custom merchandise for your business.
• If you have a deadline let me know to confirm if I can meet it, otherwise commissions are completed on a first come first serve basis. Turnaround times depend on the queue and will be given an ETA when delivery should be expected. Please expect at least 5 business days for your commission to be completed after payment is received unless otherwise stated.
• Rush priority is available with an additional 50% added to your order. Average turnaround time for rush orders is 2-3 business days and paying for this extra fee will secure your spot in front of the queue.
• Please include as much information and reference images as possible with your inquiry.
